DoxComm is DoX Systems’ computer-based Private Branch eXchange (PBX) solution which allows you to expand your existing telecommunications capabilities with extra extensions, sophisticated forwarding and voicemail, and fax management.

Using DoxComm, it’s easy to configure your phone system to work just the way you want it to. You can, for example, have inbound calls that have a particular caller ID and which come in on a particular line forward simultaneously to a cell phone and a land line during certain hours, and connect to whichever picks up first. Or you can have callers on one line be forwarded directly to a first-come-first-served queue, while callers on another line go directly to voicemail. Or have voicemail delivered to your email automatically as messages come in. The possibilities are endless.
