DoX Systems is a privately-owned firm based in Toledo, OH, which specializes in the design and development of Electronic Doctor-Patient Relationship Support Systems™. Our premier product, DoxCIS, leverages stable, non-proprietary technologies for use in the medical and health-care industries.

Mission Statement

 DoX Systems mission is to improve the overall quality and affordability of the delivery of health care through the creation and development of patient information systems. By creating systems that are effortless to use, amazingly reliable, and robustly adaptable to change, we will ultimately facilitate better relationships between providers and their patients by enabling the highest quality of care to be delivered in the most efficient and enjoyable way possible.

Vision Statement

 DoX Systems will use the best available practices in the information technology and healthcare industries to develop, customize, sell, implement, and maintain DoxCIS, an Electronic Doctor-Patient Relationship Support System™. Beginning with patient charting fuctions, DoxCIS will eventually enable the healthcare practitioner to easily track and compile a comprehensive array of information related to patient care and practice management, including medical research, quality control, financials, and marketing.

  • To provide value to our clients by offering a user-friendly, robust, secure, and expandable medical software system that is not tied to a single company's proprietary standards.
  • To offer our clients a range of installation options, from a complete standalone system, to the seamless integration of different legacy products.
  • To enable our clients to utilize whatever products they view as the best available for each aspect of their practice.
  • To rely on open, non-proprietary standards to prevent our products from becoming obsolete or incompatible for an extremely long time.
  • To incorporate features into our products that will improve ease and quality of care, advance in-office research capabilities, reduce errors related to record-keeping, and decrease time lost to administrative tasks and paperwork.
  • To provide our investors a substantial return while charging fair and competitive rates for our products and services.
  • To ensure our products and services are available to health care providers serving uninsured and low-income populations.
